Phone Number Forwarding
Forward calls from your existing carrier number to your Elevate Prospect number. This lets you keep your current phone number while routing missed calls through our platform for auto-text and AI handling.
Before You Begin
You need your Elevate Prospect phone number (found in Settings → Phone) and access to your carrier’s account management portal. Call forwarding is available on most carrier plans, though some prepaid plans may not support it.
Verizon
- Open the My Verizon app or log in at verizon.com.
- Go to Account → My Devices → Manage Device.
- Select Call Forwarding (may be under “Advanced Calling” or “Features”).
- Toggle Call Forwarding to On.
- Enter your Elevate Prospect phone number as the forward-to number.
- Choose when to forward: Always, When Busy, or When Unanswered. For missed-call auto-text, select When Unanswered.
- Save changes. Test by calling your Verizon number from another phone.
Verizon shortcut:
Dial *72 followed by your Elevate phone number to enable forwarding instantly. Dial *73 to disable. This works from your Verizon handset.
AT&T
- Log into your myAT&T account online or in the app.
- Navigate to My Wireless → Manage Device & Features.
- Find Call Forwarding in your device features.
- Enable it and enter your Elevate Prospect number.
- Select your forwarding condition (we recommend Forward when unanswered).
- Save and confirm. Test with a call to verify.
AT&T shortcut:
Dial *61* + your Elevate number + # to forward when unanswered. This is the quickest method from your AT&T phone.
T-Mobile
- Open the T-Mobile app or log in at t-mobile.com.
- Go to Account → Manage Lines → Select Your Line.
- Scroll to Call Forwarding and toggle it on.
- Enter your Elevate Prospect number and choose a forwarding condition.
- Save. Test by calling your T-Mobile number.
T-Mobile shortcut:
Dial **61* + your Elevate number + *11*30# to forward unanswered calls after 30 seconds. Adjust the seconds as needed.
Google Voice
- Go to voice.google.com and sign in.
- Click the Settings gear icon in the top right.
- Under the Calls section, find Call forwarding.
- Click Add a forwarding phone and enter your Elevate Prospect number.
- Google Voice will call that number with a verification code—enter it when prompted.
- Once verified, toggle forwarding to your Elevate number on.
Note:
Google Voice forwarding works best for single-line setups. If you have multiple forwarding phones, make sure your Elevate number is the primary destination for unanswered calls.
Verify Forwarding Works
After setting up forwarding, call your original carrier number from a different phone. Let it ring until it goes unanswered. Check your Elevate Prospect Inbox—you should see the missed call logged and your auto-text should have fired (if enabled). If not, double-check the forwarding number and condition settings in your carrier portal.
