Billing & Usage

Understand how Elevate Prospect pricing works: plan tiers, usage-based charges, invoices, and how to change your subscription.

Plan Tiers Overview

Elevate Prospect offers two plans, each building on the previous tier:

Plan Price Best for
Volt$49/moSMS, chatbot, reviews, 600 SMS + 600 AI replies included
Amp$89/mo+ 5,000 SMS + 1,000 AI replies, 3 users, DFY Setup

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial of the full professional SaaS. See the full pricing page for a detailed feature comparison.

Usage-Based Charges

Beyond your plan’s included usage, you’re charged only for what you actually use. Spam calls and transferred calls don’t count. Rates are approximate and shown in your billing portal:

SMS overage

~$0.0079 per segment

Charged per 160-character segment. Standard rate across all plans.

usage overage

~$0.0085 per minute

Only answered calls are counted. Spam/robocalls excluded.

AI tokens

~$0.15 per 1,000 tokens

Covers chatbot and Advanced automation processing. Roughly 750 words per 1,000 tokens.

Phone numbers

~$1.15 per number / month

Each local number you provision beyond your first one.

Understanding Your Invoice

Invoices are generated monthly via Stripe. Each invoice includes:

  • Base plan charge: Your monthly subscription fee
  • Usage line items: SMS, usage unitsutes, and AI tokens beyond your plan’s included amounts
  • Phone numbers: Any additional numbers beyond the first
  • Tax: Applied based on your billing address

Access your invoices anytime at Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Invoices are final and non-editable once generated. If you believe there’s an error, contact support within 30 days.

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Subscription.
  2. Click Change Plan and select your new plan.
  3. Review the new monthly price and any prorated charges.
  4. Confirm the change. Upgrades take effect immediately.
  5. Your included usage limits update instantly. You pay a prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Example:

If you’re on Volt ($49/mo) and upgrade to Amp ($89/mo) halfway through your billing cycle, you’ll be charged a prorated $20 for the remaining days. Your next full bill will be $89.

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Subscription.
  2. Click Change Plan and select a lower-tier plan.
  3. Confirm. Your downgrade applies at the end of your current billing cycle.
  4. You retain all higher-tier features until that date.

Important:

Downgrading may remove access to features not included in the lower plan (e.g. DFY Setup on Volt). Make sure you’re okay with losing those features before confirming.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no contracts. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.
